What are my options for getting paid?

We support both PayPal or Venmo for payments.

What devices do you support?

You can use an iPhone or Android smartphone, or your laptop or desktop PC, since this is a web-based application. Some rebates require that you use a smartphone that supports SMS to verify your phone number. You can use your smartphone's camera to capture and upload the receipt or upload a photo from your computer.

When will the payment show up in my account?

Once your receipt is verified, you will be contacted via SMS to confirm your payment is on its way. It generally takes about 48 hours for us to process your receipt and send the payment to your PayPal or Venmo account. If you did not get your rebate within this time frame, please email us at support@bevlogic.co.

I accidentally signed up with an incorrect email. Can I change it?

If you signed up with an incorrect email address, please email support at support@bevlogic.co. Be sure to include both the incorrect and the correct email address.

My receipt was rejected, and I don't know why?

If we cannot verify your receipt you should receive a SMS text message with the reason why. Common issues include:

  • The date of your purchase is outside the start and end dates of the promotion
  • The participating product is not listed on your receipt
  • Retailer or pricing information (item price and total) is missing
  • Retailer location on the receipt does not match your state of residence
